Double Garage With First Floor Apartment

The project commenced with the construction of a spacious outbuilding double garage. Designed to blend seamlessly with the existing architectural style of the property, the garage featured durable and aesthetically pleasing materials. Above the garage, a well-appointed first-floor apartment was created, providing ample living space, complete with modern amenities and comfortable interiors. The apartment was designed to cater to guests or serve as a versatile space for the client's needs.

The existing house underwent a significant transformation through thoughtful extension and renovation. The client's vision of a modern and functional living space was brought to life through careful planning and attention to detail. The house extension included additional rooms that catered to specific needs, such as a brand new Kitchen Diner, living area, utility and boot room. The renovation incorporated contemporary design elements, energy-efficient solutions, and the seamless integration of new and existing spaces to create a harmonious whole. A link to an existing outbuilding was also created to enhance accessibility and create a coherent flow between the main house and the outbuilding.

Grounds, Garden and Patio Area

The outdoor spaces were a key focus of the project. The existing grounds, garden, and patio area were reimagined to maximize their potential and complement the newly developed structures. Lush landscaping, thoughtfully selected plants, and hardscape elements were integrated to create an inviting outdoor environment perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying the natural surroundings. The patio area had to include a fire pit, bbq and and relaxing seating area.

With Ensuite Bathroom

Delighted with the initial work, the client returned with a request for an upgrade to one of the bedrooms. A stunning Mezzanine floor was constructed in the bedroom, offering an elevated private space that took full advantage of the room's height. This unique addition provided an elegant and functional retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring modern fixtures, luxurious finishes, and innovative design elements.
